Sandra bail plea hearing deferred to July 13
Hyderabad, July 9: The Anti-Corruption Bureau court here deferred the arguments on the bail application of TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah, fifth accused in cash-for-vote scam, till July 13. The ACB filed counter to the bail petition but it sought more time to present its arguments and the judge postponed the hearing to July 13. It may be noted that ACB issued notices to Sandra two times. The ACB yesterday opposed bail to Sandra stating that he would interfere with investigation. It may be noted that that TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, Harry Sebastian, Rudra Udaysimha and Mathaiah are the other accused in the case. While Revanth, Udaysimha and Sebastian were arrested and released on bail, Mathaiah is still at large.
