ACB to give notices to five MLAs
Hyderabad, July 7: The Anti-Corruption Bureau is likely to issue notices to five MLAs who were in contact with TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah, the fifth accused in cash-for-vote scandal, according to reports in local media. TRS and YSRCP MLAs were in touch with Sandra. Sources said that ACB was of the opinion that the case was part of larger conspiracy to overthrow the democratically elected TRS government. ACB came to a conclusion that Revanth Reddy, Sandra and other TDP MLAs reportedly contacted 29 TRS MLAs, by examining phone call data of the accused in the case. ACB also took into account the statement made by Chandrababu during ‘Maha Sankalpa’ meet that KCR government would fall the moment he is arrested.
