Casagrand Launches 'Casagrand Vibe', Its Largest Premium Villa Project in Hyderabad

Prominent real estate developer Casagrand is aggressively scaling up its operations in Hyderabad’s rapidly growing property market. Outlining an ambitious expansion strategy, the company has announced plans to develop 3.98 million square feet of new residential projects across the city.

Spearheading this major push is the launch of ‘Casagrand Vibe,’ a massive premium villa community situated in Rajendranagar, West Hyderabad. The development marks the company's largest residential venture in the city to date, and stands as the second-largest project in its overall portfolio.

Spanning 35 acres, Casagrand Vibe is designed to cater to the city's high-end buyers. The gated community will feature 362 luxury villas, exclusively available in 5 BHK configurations. With a starting price of Rs. 3.2 crore, the project boasts strategic connectivity, located just five minutes from the PVNR Expressway and a brief 15 to 20-minute drive from the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.

To complement modern lifestyles, the development will offer over 93 indoor and outdoor amenities, anchored by two expansive clubhouses spread across 40,000 square feet. The company has set a 36-month timeline for the project, aiming to hand over the properties to homebuyers by April 2029.

This strategic launch aligns with a notable surge in demand for luxury and premium housing in Hyderabad, driven by the steady expansion of the IT and ITeS sectors alongside robust infrastructural development.

Having entered the competitive Hyderabad market in 2023, the Chennai-based developer is rapidly cementing its position. Hyderabad currently accounts for 12 to 15 percent of Casagrand's total revenue. As the company reportedly prepares for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), this large-scale expansion and the launch of Casagrand Vibe are expected to further solidify its foothold in the region's premium real estate landscape.
