Chandrababu decides to produce power from waste, directs a serious Swachh Bharat

Hyderabad, May 17, 2015: AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday instructed officials to undertake Swachh Bharat programme in right earnest in all districts and involve all people's representatives in the implementation of the programme. At a high level review meeting over Swachh Bharat, he said Government has decided to make use of the waste and produce power from it. He then directed officials to take the programme very seriously and make arrangements to establish power-generations units to produce electricity from waste in all districts. Chandrababu also directed the officials to identify places in all districts to establish power generation units immediately. He also asked the officials to ensure that local public representatives are involved in the Swachh Bharat programe. In Telangana too, Chief Minister KCR has taken the Swachh Bharat programme very seriously and launched the Swachh Hyderabad programme on Saturday. He showed the way to other politicians and officials by cleaning the roads himself.
