Shanghai, May 16: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday met Shanghai Party Secretary Han Zheng and praised the development of Shanghai which, he said, was a model for the world. "Tremendous development of Shanghai in just 25 years is an inspiration and a model for the world. Exemplar of 3S - scale speed & skill," external affairs ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted Modi as saying. Modi is on a three-nation May 14-19 tour, with the first leg being in China. He then travels to Mongolia and South Korea.
