Kesineni Nani Writes to Chandrababu, Cites Evidence Linking Brother to Liquor Scam Accused

The political conflict between the Kesineni brothers has escalated further, with Vijayawada former Member of Parliament and YSR Congress Party leader Kesineni Nani levelling serious allegations against his younger brother and current Telugu Desam Party MP Kesineni Sivanath (Chinni). In a letter addressed to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Kesineni Nani alleged that his brother has links with key individuals arrested in the state’s high-profile liquor scam.

In the letter, which he shared via social media platform X, Kesineni Nani stated that he has credible information indicating that Kesineni Sivanath has connections with Kasireddy Rajasekhar Reddy and his close aide Dilip Paila, both of whom have been arrested in connection with the liquor scam.

He further alleged that Kasireddy Rajasekhar Reddy, who is considered a main accused in the case, is a business partner of Kesineni Sivanath and his wife Janaki Lakshmi in a firm named 'Pride Infracon LLP'. According to Kesineni Nani, the firm is registered at Plot No. 9, Survey No. 403, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

He added that 'Ishaanvi Infra Projects Private Limited', a company operated by Kasireddy Rajasekhar Reddy and Dilip Paila, also operates from the same address. Both companies, he claimed, use the same official email ID, which he argued indicates a deliberate operational link between the two entities.

Referring to the arrests of two key individuals in the case, Kesineni Nani expressed concern over the sitting Member of Parliament's direct associations with them. He also alleged that large sums of money linked to the liquor scam were illegally diverted by Kesineni Sivanath into Hyderabad’s real estate and foreign investments. He stated that there is suspicion of undisclosed wealth being hidden and possible involvement in money laundering.

Kesineni Nani urged Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu to immediately intervene and order a high-level investigation into the matter. He emphasized that misuse of power and associations with accused individuals should not go unexamined. He requested that political influence should not interfere with the rule of law and accountability, and urged the Chief Minister to take decisive action to uphold justice.

He also recalled that he had previously made allegations against his brother in relation to land allocations in Visakhapatnam, indicating that their conflict has deepened further with the current accusations tied to the liquor scam.
