The parents' nine-year dream of naming their child from the hands of Chief Minister Sri K Chandrashekhar Rao came true. Suresh and Anitha couple from Nandigama village of Bhupalapalli mandal, who worked actively in the Telangana movement, gave birth to a girl child in 2013. They decided to name her daughter's name by the then Telangana movement leader CM KCR. The baby girl has been brought up without a name till date.
On knowing this issue, former Assembly Speaker and local leader MLC Madhusudhana Chari took initiative and brought the parents and the child to Pragathi Bhavan.On hearing about the matter, CM KCR couple blessed Suresh and Anita and named their nine-year-old daughter as 'Mahati'. The CM couple presented clothes and hosted them in a traditional manner. Financial assistance is provided to the girl's education. Suresh's family is greatly surprised by not only the fulfillment of their nine-year dream but also the way they are adored in an unexpected way. On this occasion, they expressed their gratitude to the CM couple.
