In an innovative effort to bring education to underprivileged children living in slums and on footpaths, a mobile school has been launched in Surat, Gujarat. This unique initiative involves the conversion of a bus into a fully-equipped mobile classroom, complete with benches, carpets, a television, lights, a fan, and internet connectivity. The brainchild of the Vidyakunj-Vidyapeeth Group of Surat, the mobile school aims to provide education to 32 children who would otherwise lack access to formal schooling. Classes are held daily, with each session lasting three hours. Expressing the significance of education for all children, including those residing in challenging circumstances, a spokesperson from the Vidyakunj-Vidyapeeth Group stated, "I believe that education is essential for every child, even those living on footpaths.
