In Tamil Nadu, a car had a close encounter with a wild elephant while en route to the Kunjapanai forest area in Coimbatore district. The elephant abruptly stopped the car, causing the driver to retreat. However, the animal proceeded to pursue the car and began attacking it from the front.
Despite the perilous situation, the driver demonstrated quick thinking and skillfully increased the car's speed, allowing it to evade the elephant's attack. Officials informed that the elephant frequently ventures to the Kotagiri road from the nearby forest area in search of food and water.
