Andhra Pradesh launches ‘Jaganannaku Chebudam’ programme to resolve grievances
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has directed officials to launch the "Jaganannaku Chebudam" program aimed at resolving public grievances. During a review meeting at the chief minister's camp office in Amaravati, Jagan discussed the procedures for disposing of grievances and tracking requests until they are resolved. He emphasized the need to link existing call centers to receive applications and complaints, conduct weekly audits and monitor the progress of the program.
CM Jagan stated that the Jaganannaku Chebudam will improve upon the existing Spandana program, but its success depends on the effectiveness of the monitoring units. People will be able to report requests and complaints if the concerned department fails to properly complete the work.
