Minister of Industries, Commerce, and Information Technology in Telangana, K.T. Rama Rao, has urged politicians to prioritize economics over politics. He expressed disappointment that leaders in India primarily concentrate on politics instead of the economy and noted that the focus is often on winning elections, rather than ensuring a better future for the next generation.

Minister K Taraka Rama Rao spoke at the NHRD "Decode The Future- The National Conference" and pointed out that India's status as the world's largest democracy, with continuous elections, only perpetuates the preoccupation with politics.
