Unruly Italian woman flyer arrested on Vistara Flight after assaulting crew
An Italian woman, Paola Perruccio, was booked for assault, other acts of interference by police on Monday for causing a disturbance on a Mumbai-bound Vistara flight (UK 256) from Abu Dhabi. According to police sources, 45-year-old Perruccio insisted on sitting in business class despite having an economy ticket, physically assaulted the cabin crew, undressed, and walked around partially nude.
The Sahar Police booked Perruccio for her violent behavior. Upon landing, she was handed over to Vistara security and then to Mumbai police who served her with a notice. Perruccio was later granted bail.
