PM Modi Releases Rs.75 Coin

New Delhi, January 28: Prime Minister Narendra Modi marked the 75th anniversary of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) with a special day cover and a commemorative coin release on Saturday. The event, which was held at the Cariappa Parade Ground in Delhi, saw PM Modi addressing the annual NCC PM rally and releasing the specially minted coin of Rs 75 denomination to commemorate the 75 successful years of NCC. PM Modi congratulated the NCC on its successful 75 years and praised the organization for its contribution to the development of the youth of India.
The NCC celebrated its 75th year of inception and the celebration was a hybrid day and night event which included a cultural program on the theme ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’. A total of 196 officers and cadets from 19 foreign countries were invited to be a part of the celebrations.
