UK Visa for Indians: Post meeting with PM Modi, UK PM Rishi Sunak approves 3000 UK Visas for Indians

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak of the UK has authorised 3,000 visas annually for young professionals from India to work in the country. Following their meeting at the G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia, UK PM Rishi Sunak and PM Narendra Modi made this announcement. For up to two years, the UK will provide 3,000 degree-educated Indian nationals between the ages of 18 and 30 with the opportunity to live and work there under this new programme.

The UK-India Migration and Mobility Partnership, which was agreed in last year, was cited by the British government as the reason why India is the first visa-national country to benefit from such a programme.
