South actress Nayanthara and her husband Vignesh Shivan landed into controversy after they welcomed twins via surrogacy. Tamil Nadu government ordered a probe over it and asked the actress to submit the details. As per the sources, Nayanthara and Vignesh submitted an affidavit and a marriage certificate to the Tamil Nadu health department citing their marriage registered six years ago. They also mentioned that the surrogate mother is Nayanthara's relative who resides in UAE. The couple announced their twin boys last week and is known that the couple got married in a private resort in Mahabalipuram on 9th June this year.
