Liz Truss to be replaced by Rishi Sunak? Tory leaders call for the PM's resignation!
It is rumoured that the Conservative backbenchers are considering the possibility of changing the party leader once again. Rishi Sunak, a British Indian former chancellor, is apparently being considered as Liz Truss, the British prime minister, is being criticised by legislators.
According to a report in "The Times," more than half of Tory leaders are apparently dissatisfied with how the party chose the current PM Truss to run the government and believe that she was the wrong choice. According to them, the mini budget proposed under Truss' direction is a shambles.
A united team of Sunak and Mordaunt, where the former serves as the prime minister and the latter as his deputy, is reportedly being considered by MPs.
