Loan App : Nandyal B-Tech student commits suicide by harassment of loan app agents
Once again, online loan application harassment has come to light. A college student killed himself. Veerendra, a second-year B-Tech student at Nandyal, is alleged to have borrowed money from a loan app. After a few days, the lending app staff began pestering the student to pay off the loan. In order to speak about loan repayment, they have even begun calling Veerendra's family and relatives.
According to reports, the distressed parents promised to refund the loan after talking to their son. Veerendra ended his life in his room in the meantime. The father has reported the incident to the police.
