AB Venkateswara Rao, a senior IPS officer, took charge as Commissioner of Stationery and Printing on Friday. The officer inspected the office and assumed command over the Deputy General Manager's chamber, as he had been assigned no separate chamber. The officer admitted that he did not have a thorough understanding of printing and stationery, but that he would discuss it with his colleagues and attempt to improve the department.
