K.T. Rama Rao, working president of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and Minister for Information Technology and Municipal Administration, stated that no one else can safeguard Telangana's interests. K Tarak Rama Rao (KTR) alleged the BJP done nothing for the state while participating in different programmes in Warangal district and then addressing a public gathering on Wednesday: "I am willing to resign as Minister if anyone can prove me incorrect," Rama Rao remarked. KTR has revealed the Telangana government's official figures on taxes paid to the Centre in exchange for a little from the Centre. He has questioned Prime Minister Modi on what he has given to Telangana in comparison to his contribution to the growth of Gujarat. He has also blasted the Centre, claiming that despite Telangana's repeated requests, the BJP-led national government has not sanctioned a single educational institution for Telangana in the previous six years.
