Kodali Nani throws gauntlet to Govt

Hyderabad, March 11, 2015: Taking a swipe at the TDP Government, YSR Congress member Kodali Nani asserted in the AP assembly today that not even a single woman had benefited through housing or loan waiver scheme so far in the state even though the Government came into existence nine months ago. "You prove that at least one woman has benefited either from loan waiver scheme or housing scheme. If proved, I will quit my MLA post," Nani challenged the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. Saying that Ministers are getting felicitated without the loan waiver being implemented , Nani accused the Government of trying to avoid completion of the Polavaram project launched by late Chief Minister YSR. "To avoid Polavaram project, Government is talking of Patti Seema Project," he said , adding that Polavaram project was dead when the day YSR was dead. The credit for Pulichintala project too should go to YSR but no one is talking of the project, he said. Speaking about the Capital city, Nani said that the Capital city should be actually built by the Centre."If the Centre builds the city, TDP Government will not get any thing. So the state Government is anxious to build it."
