In the thick of the election campaign for the Andhra Pradesh Assembly and Lok Sabha, politicians are vigorously touring villages, campaigning day and night without rest, and making house-to-house visits to solicit votes for their party. During one such campaign on Wednesday night, Minister Roja, the MLA from Nagari, encountered a bitter experience. While campaigning in the Puttur Mandal, particularly in the SBI Puram area, she faced opposition from the local SC community residents.
The residents blocked Minister Roja's path, expressing their grievances about their previous complaints being ignored. They chanted slogans against the Minister, preventing her from proceeding further. Despite attempts to address the situation, the residents were not receptive, leaving Minister Roja with no option but to retreat without completing her campaign activities.
