Hyderabad: Union Minister and Telangana State BJP President Kishan Reddy has called for the Governor's intervention in the phone tapping case, demanding a high-level inquiry into the matter. He emphasized the need for strict punishment for those involved in phone tapping.
Kishan Reddy alleged that businesses were being extorted through phone tapping, and reported that his own phone was tapped during the Dubbaka, Huzurabad, and Munugode elections. He criticized the Congress government for neglecting the issue, insisting that the BJP would not overlook it. He also questioned why the state government was not providing new loans to farmers and criticized the Congress party for not fulfilling its election promises.
