KCR's Nephew Kanna Rao Named in Adibatla Land Grabbing FIR

Hyderabad: A land grabbing case has been registered against Kanna Rao (Kalvakuntla Tejeshwar Rao), the son of the brother of BRS leader KCR. The police of Adibatla in Rangareddy district have filed this case. According to the FIR, it was attempted to encroach 2 acres of land within the jurisdiction of Adibatla PS. Along with Kanna Rao, names of another 38 BRS leaders have been included in the FIR.
The case was registered under IPC sections 307, 447, 427, 436, 148, 149. The FIR mentions the removal of fencing stones and the placement of boundary stones. Out of the 38, police have taken 3 individuals into custody, while the remaining 35 are absconding. Kanna Rao is currently identified to be in Bangalore, according to the police.
