Aroori Ramesh dismisses kidnapping rumors, stays with BRS amidst drama

Hyderanad: In a turn of events filled with high drama surrounding former MLA Aroori Ramesh, rumors swirled that he was to resign from the party. A media conference he planned in Hanmakonda led to speculations about his resignation. Several leaders from the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) reportedly obstructed this conference and allegedly took him away, suggesting attempts at persuasion. 

There were requests from key BRS figures, including Harish Rao, urging Ramesh not to resign. The drama regarding Aroori Ramesh continued for two days, culminating in his arrival at KCR's residence in Nandinagar, Hyderabad, on Wednesday.

Several party leaders escorted him from Warangal to KCR's residence for discussions, indicating efforts by KCR himself to prevent Ramesh from switching parties.

Amid strong rumors of Ramesh resigning from BRS to join BJP, he clarified today at KCR's residence that he came to Hyderabad with fellow party leaders and remains a part of BRS. He denied any truth to the rumors of meeting Union Home Minister Amit Shah and contemplating a move to BJP.

Naik mentioned that Ramesh had indeed met Amit Shah and was ready to join BJP. He highlighted the interference from BRS leaders during a press meet intended for this announcement. 

Naik expressed his dismay at BRS leaders trying to sabotage Aroori Ramesh's political career, stating Ramesh had decided to join BJP of his own will and could write 151 books on the injustices done by BRS. He also called for an account of what BRS has done for Dalits and questioned if Erabelli Dayakar Rao ever supported Aruri in the past.
