TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, speaking at a rally organized in Inkollu, Bapatla district, raised questions about the statements made by Jagan Mohan Reddy regarding the capital of Andhra Pradesh. Naidu questioned whether Jagan had promised Amaravati to be the sole capital before the elections and whether he had affirmed it in the assembly. He criticized Jagan for changing his stance after winning the election.

Naidu highlighted Jagan's proposal of having three capitals and now, according to Naidu, Jagan is suggesting Hyderabad as the fourth capital, mocking the idea by questioning if anyone would share their property just because someone asked. He reminded the audience that Hyderabad was a joint capital for ten years, implying that Andhra Pradesh had suffered losses during that period and criticized the current Chief Minister's capability.

Naidu announced that the countdown for the YSRCP government has begun and predicted that the TDP-Jana Sena alliance would come to power in the next 52 days. He urged voters to think about the consequences of voting for YSRCP in the upcoming elections, stating that their fight is not for themselves but for the future of the people's children. He confidently stated that their victory in the upcoming elections is assured.

Naidu declared "Why not Pulivendula" as their slogan, mocking the lack of candidates for Jagan Mohan Reddy and criticizing his politics as contaminated. He advised learning to engage in dignified politics rather than petty political tactics.

He accused the YSRCP government, supported by the police, of engaging in illegal mining and mentioned cases filed against Eluri Sambasiva Rao and Gottipati Ravi Kumar. Naidu expressed that he, along with Pawan Kalyan and others, are victims under YSRCP's rule, highlighting the increase in cases and harassment against those who opposed corruption.
