Following the announcement of the YSRCP's fifth list, Anil Kumar Yadav, the sitting MLA of Nellore and former minister, was named as the in-charge for the Narasaraopet MP constituency. In this context, Anil Kumar Yadav met Chief Minister Jagan at the Tadepalli camp office today. Given Anil's transfer to Narasaraopet, it is understood that discussions with CM Jagan revolved around the YSRCP in-charge position for Nellore City.
With former minister Narayana confirmed to contest from the Nellore City Assembly constituency on behalf of TDP, speculation is rife about who will contest from YSRCP in Anil Kumar Yadav's absence.
Among those who visited the CMO today were Nagarjuna Reddy, the MLA of Markapuram, and Anna Rambabu, the MLA of Giddalur.
