Telangana tableau steals attention at national Republic Day parade
New Delhi, Jan 26, 2015: Telangana Government's tableau stole the attention of the spectators at the National Republic Day parade in Delhi on Monday. The tableau, with the images of Poturaju in the forefront and women holding Bonalu in the rear, has attracted the attention of the viewers as it followed the tableau of Madhya Pradesh and Asom in the colourful parade witnessed by the chief guest of the day US President Barack Obama , Prime Minister Narandra Modi and President Pranab Mukherjee. As it was the first opportunity for the Telangana Government to exhibit its cultural heritage, it took special care to make the tableau highly attractive.
