Lakshmi Parvathi warns to register cases if anyone speaks about her marriage
Amaravati, September 26: YSRCP general secretary N. Lakshmi Paravathi expressed anger over those who are making comments on her marriage with TDP founder and former Chief Minister N.T. Rama Rao, popularly known as NTR.
Speaking to the media here on Monday, she alleged that TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu made every attempt to stop NTR from making announcement about his marriage with her. “No one can erase history. Chandrababu did not like me getting married to NTR,” she mentioned.
Lakshmi Paravathi warned of registering police cases if anyone speaks badly regarding her marriage which was performed in the presence of public. “I never aspired to join politics. No bigger post than post of wife to NTR,” she stated.
Responding to criticism of the YSRCP government naming NTR University of Health Sciences after former Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, Lakshmi Paravathi said naming a new district after NTR has more significance than his name to a health varsity. “Did Chandrababu name any institution after NTR when he was CM,” she asked.
