Tamannaah  takes off her sandals on stage to light lamp at IFFM in Australia

Hyderabad: The milky beauty Tamannaah is currently being praised by everyone. Tamannaah's behaviour on stage at an award function was impressing everyone. Recently, Tamannaah was the chief guest at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) award ceremony held in Australia.

In India, any programme will be started by lighting the traditional lamp. As per Indian tradition, organisers asked chief guests Tamannaah Bhatia and Taapsee Pannu to light the lamp. On the occasion, while Taapsee lit the lamp wearing sandals, Tamannaah took off her sandals and lit the lamp.

Netizens heaping praises on Tamannaah for depicting Indian culture in a foreign land. Before lighting the traditional lamp, she left the sandals aside and lit the lamp. The organiser of the event, who was next to her, asked why she did this, and in turn, she replied that it is southern culture.

A video related to this was shared by a fan of Tamannaah on Instagram. Seeing this, netizens are showering praises on her saying “This is what South taught Tamannaah, isn't this what it means to respect the culture, small things make a big difference,”  Tamannah has shown India's rich cultural heritage. Now, this video has gone viral on social media.
