Huge demand for sanitation workers; Rs 1 crore per annum, check where

New Delhi: There is a huge demand for sanitation workers. Due to the severe shortage of employees, the companies are competing and paying huge salaries. Do you know the salary paid to sanitation workers? Yes, Rs 1 crore per annum. It is more than what is being paid to software engineers and doctors. Although this is surprising to hear, many reports say that given the demand for the job, the companies are not holding back on wages.

Generally, the salaries of doctors and engineers are high. But unlike this, the cleaning service companies in Australia are ready to give a huge package to the cleaning employees. By 2021, the demand in the cleaning sector of the entire country has increased.

Earlier i.e; before 2021, cleaning employees were paid Rs 2,700 per hour, but now they are paying up to Rs 3,600. According to Sydney-based company Absolute Domestics, companies are ready to pay Rs 4,700 per hour in an emergency.

Many companies pay hourly salaries to employees, who clean small drains and clean windows in homes. According to that calculation, every month the employees get an average of Rs 8 lakhs salary. Surprisingly due to the shortage of employees in the country, their average salary package is from Rs 72 lakhs to Rs 80 lakhs per annum.

But, many companies are willing to increase that salary by Rs 98 lakhs. Some companies are giving a lump sum salary of Rs 1 crore. Meanwhile, if the situation of sanitisation staff in Australia is like this, the salaries of cleaning employees in Britain are also at the same level.
