Guntur: Another notice served to Dhulipalla Trust
Guntur, June 25: Endowments Commissioner served another notice to the Dhulipalla Veeraiah Chowdary Memorial Trust under Endowments Act. The notice sought explanation as to why the state government should not take over the trust.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court had directed the YSRCP government not to take any action against the Dhulipalla Trust after hearing arguments on the petition. Notice was issued once again to trust under Section 43 when the first plea is about to come up for hearing on June 29.
The TDP leaders said that the state government has violated the High Court order by serving another notice to the trust. They alleged political conspiracy against TDP leader Dhulipalla Narendra as second notice with May 30th date was served this month.
