Mumbai: Ola, which has become a focal point for buzz in the automobile industry with electric scooters, is set to launch electric cars in the market soon. As it prepares to make 10 lakh electric hatchbacks, photos of the car are going viral on social media.
Ola chief Bhavish Agarwal is eyeing the electric vehicle segment from the ride-sharing sector. The Ola chief, who has already made his mark in the two-wheeler electric scooter segment, is expected to manufacture a large number of electric vehicles.
As part of this, the first teasers of the three variant cars were revealed at a recent Customer's Day event. While the teaser photos are impressing buyers of electric cars, on August 15 Ola is slated to reveal the full details of the cars. The specifications of the cars came to light.
According to details, it seems that there are three variants of electric cars like SUV, Hatchback and Sedan, which are currently trending on social media. These include coupe model, low sole stance, majestic body and steep roofline specifications.
The stubby front profile design is a special attraction in the sports hatchback. In this teaser released, Ola electric car features three cars with a sporty design, sharp edges and in two shades. In addition to these designs, several reports have surfaced that Ola will be working on autonomous driving technology in Sedan variants.
