PM Modi failed to bring black money stashed abroad: KTR
Mahabubnagar, June 18: Minister for IT and Industries K. Taraka Rama Rao said on Saturday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi failed to fulfil promise of bringing back black money stashed abroad and depositing Rs 15 lakh each into the accounts of people.
Addressing a public meeting at Kolhapur after inaugurating a hostel for PG girl students and laying stone for several works, he recalled Narendra Modi criticised the UPA government for collecting Rs 400 for domestic cooking gas cylinder. “Now, the cost of each cylinder is Rs 1050,” he slammed.
KTR criticised the Congress for not developing the country as expected despite being in the power for 50 years. He flayed Congress MP Rahul Gandhi for asking people to give one more chance to his party.
The minister made sarcastic comments on Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay. “Except for chewing tobacco, Sanjay don’t know anything,” he said. Ministers Singireddy Niranjan Reddy and V Srinivas Goud, and TRS MLAs were present.
