Chandrababu admitted TDP alone cannot defeat YSRCP by seeking poll tie-up: Malladi Vishnu
Vijayawada, May 6: YSRCP Vijayawada Central MLA Malladi Vishnu on Friday said that TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu has openly admitted that the TDP alone cannot defeat YSRCP in the next Assembly elections.
In a meeting with the TDP functionaries at Annavaram on Saturday, Chandrababu stated that his party wants to forge poll tie-up with opposition parties to fight against the YSRCP. He asked the TDP leaders to be ready for sacrifices as some of them will not get a chance to contest for the Legislative Assembly.
Vishnu said that Chandrababu is confused because he called for people’s movement and at the same time talking about election alliance with other parties. Even, Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan also spoke about preventing split in non-YSRCP votes some time back, he mentioned. The MLA further said the CPI is a b-team to the TDP so it will be ready for alliance with Chandrababu’s party.
