Speaker rejects YSRCP adjournment motion

Hyderabad, Dec 20, 2014: On the third day of the AP Assembly winter session on Saturday, YSRCP members insisted on taking up their adjournment motion on the issues of IKP and contract workers. However, Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad rejected their adjournment motion and went ahead with the next point of Agenda. Earlier, YSRCP members surrounded the Speaker podium and raised slogans demanding the Speaker to accept their adjournment motion and seeking discussion on the two issues. They insisted that the concerned minister should give a reply on the issue of regularizing contract employees and IKP Workers. As YSRCP members refused to yield, TDP members started arguing with them.
