Daggubati Purandeswari responds to Pawan Kalyan’s opposition to VSP privatisation

BJP national general secretary Daggubati Purandeswari on Wednesday hoisted the party flag at central office in Vijayawada, on the occasion of BJP’s 42nd foundation day. Speaking to the media, she stated that there is no fissure in the alliance between the BJP and Jana Sena.

“The Jana Sena leaders and workers have participated in the protests organised by the BJP in Rayalaseema region,” she said and added that the state BJP leaders have invited the Jana Sena to take part in ‘Jalam Kosam Uttarandhra Jana Poru Yatra’ to be held for three days from April 7.

Responding to comments of Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan in extending meeting, Purandeswari said that they will react if he discusses with the BJP leaders. In the meeting, Pawan Kalyan had stated that the Jana Sena will exert pressure on the Centre to withdraw the decision of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant privatisation and to reduce fuel prices.
