CM Jagan virtually launches new districts of AP

As announced, Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday virtually launched 13 new districts of Andhra Pradesh. These new districts were carved out of existing 13 districts. The new districts are Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Sitharama Raju, Anakapalle, Kakinada, Konaseema, Eluru, NTR, Bapatla, Palnadu, Nandyal, Sri Satyasai, Annamayya and Tirupati districts. 
 
All the new districts have come into effect from today and the state government had already issued gazette notification on Saturday night. The YSRCP government had reshuffled and appointed IAS and IPS officers for the existing the newly formed districts soon after the notification was released.
