Chiranjeevi teams up with Venky Kudumula for his next

Hyderabad: Megastar Chiranjeevi, who is on a signing spree, has reportedly given its nod to act in a movie by young director Venky Kudumula. The movie will be produced by DVV Danaiah, who is also the producer of the most prestigious pan India movie RRR, which is directed by Rajamouli.

Venky made a debut in Tollywood with 'Chalo' as a director, which became a runaway hit while his second movie with Nithin 'Bhishma' was also well received. Then came the news that he would be doing the project with Chiranjeevi. However, many people are skeptical about this.

Chiranjeevi did not give the green signal to make a film with Venky initially. Later, after listening to the script, he reportedly said yes to the movie. Chiranjeevi will be seen as 'Mafia Don' in the film. The plan is to release the film in the second half of next year.

Chiranjeevi's 'Godfather', currently being directed by Mohan Raja, is nearing completion. After that 'Bholashankar'  and 'Waltheru Veerraju' films will be completed. It seems that he will act in Venky's film after completing the shooting part of these two projects.
