Urban body polls in TN: Vijay mobbed by media; tenders apology to voters
Chennai: Many Kollywood celebrities exercised their franchise in urban body polls in Chennai on Saturday. Kollywood star Vijay, too, came to the polling booth in the Nilangarai area of Chennai to cast his vote like other film stars.
However, on the arrival of hero Vijay, media representatives rushed to capture him on their cameras. The entire polling booth was filled with media representatives.
People, who came to vote cast their votes there, faced inconvenience with the rush of media personnel. Vijay noticed the situation and immediately apologised to them for the discomfort they faced due to his presence.
