Flying car gets clearance, pilot licence mandatory

Nothing is impossible with the advent of new technology. A flying car was recently designed by Slovakia researchers. It can travel on the road like a car and spread its wings and fly in the air. The aircar has recently received clearance in Slovakia. Successful completion of all flight tests allowed by the Slovakian Ministry of Transport.

The aircar flew for 70 hours in the air for inspection. This car plane was developed by a company called Clean Vision. It performed 200 takeoffs and landings as part of the tests. Clean Vision has revealed that their hybrid vehicle has met the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) standards. However, a pilot's licence is required to operate this air car.

The next-generation car will be commercially available in another 12 months, the company spokesman said, "This aircar is equipped with a 1.6 litres BMW engine. Anton Zazak, the co-founder of Clean Vision, says compressed gas is enough to run the car. The hybrid vehicle is said to be able to travel at a maximum altitude of 18,000 feet in the air.
