Why fuss on Jagan’s meet with Modi, Venkaiah wonders

Vijayawada, May.20:  “There was no need to debate on YSRCP chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy’s meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi”, Union Minister M Venkaiah Naidu said and wondered why the people were discussing about when a Leader of the Opposition meets the Prime Minister.
Participating in the “meet & greet program” here on Saturday, Venkaiah said he didn’t understand as to why some people were over-reacting on the meeting of Jagan with Modi. He said it was not possible to predict that with whom they will enter into alliance as there was two years time for the elections. He exuded confidence that they will make BJP national president Amith Shaw’s visit as a successful one. He also made it clear that they were striving to strengthen the party at field level in south India by taking the party to the people.
