Upendra to remake Nag’s movie in Kannada
It is not new for the Telugu films which were proved super hits / blockbusters being remade in other languages. It is being done for the past several years. Now the latest film of Akkineni Nagarjuna ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ is being remade in Kannada by Kannada super star Upendra.
Kalyan Krishna had directed the movie and the film had hit the screens in 2016 during Sankranti season. The story would suit at its best for Upendra and doing a dual role will be an added advantage for him, opines Upendra. Already Upendra had remade one of Nagarjuna’s blockbuster hit films ‘Manmathudu’ in Kannada and bagged a hit. Once again he eyed Nag’s latest release. Let us wait and watch how far this ‘Soggadu’ will earn profits for Upendra in Kannada.
