Travel & Tourism Fair opens in city
The Department of Tourism, Govt. of Telangana, and the Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation were jointly hosting Travel & Tourism Fair, 2016, at Hi-tex Hall No:1. The fair will show case 200+ exhibitors from 20 states and five countries. The Travel and Tourism Fair, 2016, was inaugurated by Azmeera Chandulal, Minister for Tourism & ST Development, Govt. of Telangana, Pervaram Ramulu, IPS (Retd), Chairman, TSTDC, B. Venkatesham, IAS, Secretary, YAT & C Department, Government of Telangana, Dr. Christina Z Choungtu, IAS, Managing Director, TSTDC, Rajeev Agarwal, Managing Director, Fairfest Media Pvt Ltd were also present today. The Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation is also setting up online bookings at Hi.Tex – Hall No.1. To encourage tourists to visit Tourism destinations of Telangana, 20% discount on accommodation, 10% on transportation, boating activity and Golconda Fort Sound and light Show are being offered on spontaneous bookings done at the venue. The offer will be valid for a period of three months.
