Chandrababu returns from Russia & gets busy

After a successful visit to Russia as part of the Indian delegation to Innoprom 2016, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu returned to Vijayawada on Friday. Day and night, he engaged the Russian authorities interested in investment, infrastructure and maritime agencies for collaboration with the State government during the trip. A highlight of his visit to Russia was the invitation he extended to Prime Minister Medvedev to visit AP. However, there is no respite to the ever-busy Chief Minister who will be at Ibrahimpatnam this evening when the Godavari waters reach the spot as part of the Pattisema project. He has other engagements for the rest of the day. Saturday again he will go to New Delhi for the Inter-State Council meeting there. While the Asian Tigers such as Singapore and Malaysia are emerging economies, Russia has always been a superpower that has long constructive relationship with India. Now Andhra Pradesh will be rediscovering the old friendship with Russia.
