Slap sedition charge on Asaduddin, says Bajrang Dal

The Telangana unit of Bajrangdal has demanded that the government scrap membership of MIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi and file a betrayal case against him for defending the terrorists. In a pressnote on Monday, Bajrang Dal Telangana State convener Y Bhanu Prakash said the government failed to initiate action, though the Vishwa Hindu Parishat and Bajrang Dal cautioned the government that ISI terrorists were hiding in the Old City. He thanked the NIA officials for protecting the people of Hyderabad by arresting the terrorists. He demanded that the government initiate immediate action against Asaduddin Owaisi as per law at least now and not to continue any sort of political alliance with the MIM. He also alleged that Asaduddin, who stated that he would extend legal aid to the terrorists, was a betrayer of the nation. He said as Asaduddin’s statements were anti-national and might pose a threat to the integrity and unity of the country, the government should initiate action to bar him from Parliament and prosecuted under sedition charge.
