English Master can't read a lesson, suspended

The quality of education in Anantpur schools seems horrible. An English teacher in a government school located at Ekapadampalli in Tadimarru mandal is not able to read a lesson from the text-book, and he is teaching the subject to schoolchildren. This glaring inadequacy in government schools came out in bold relief following a surprise check by AP School Education Principal Secretary R.P. Sisodia on Wednesday. During the checking, Sisodia went to the class where English teacher Sardar Babu was taking a lesson. Suspecting something wrong with the teacher, Sisodia asked him to read out the lesson. The teacher could not read the lesson. Sisodia told him: "You cannot read the lesson yourself, so how can you teach it to the children?" The secretary then told the officials accompanying him to suspend the teacher immediately.
