Pawan's Jana Sena likely to jump into poll fray in TS

Hyderabad, Oct 29: Jana Sena party, founded and led by actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan, is likely to enter the poll fray in Telangana state. According to reports, the party is exploring the possibility of contesting in Warangal Lok Sabha by-poll. A decision in this regard will be taken by Pawan Kalyan who was busy shooting of his upcoming movie 'Sardar Gabbar Singh' in Gujarat till now. Pawan and his party supported TDP and BJP candidates in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in 2014 general elections. The actor vigorously campaigned for the candidates of the two parties. In an another related significant development, Telangana State Election Commission granted recognition to Jana Sena in the state. Though SEC has not reserved any symbol for the party, its candidates contesting local body polls will get preference over independent candidates in the allocation of symbols.
