Independence Day celebrations at Vizag
Hyderabad, August 1: AP officials told to make all necessary arrangements for celebrating the Independence Day celebrations in Visakhapatnam this year. Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary (CS) IYR Krishna Rao said Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will hoist the flag at Ramakrishna beach in the city. He directed the officials to make grand arrangements as for the first time Independence Day is being celebrated in Vizag. The CS held a review meeting with District Collector, SP and VUDA officials on Saturday. The first Independence Day celebrations after Andhra Pradesh State formation were held at Kurnool.
