Special flights to Rajahmundry: Ashok Gajapathi Raju

Tirupati, July 12: Union Civil Aviation Minister P Ashok Gajapathi Raju has said that special flights will be operated to Rajahmundry on the occasion of Godavari Pushkaralu scheduled to be started from July 14. Ashok Gajapathi Raju along with Minister Bojjala Gopalakrishna Reddy and AP government representative in Delhi Kambhampati Rammohan Rao visited Tirumala today. Ashok said that the special flights will be operated to Rajahmundry from all major cities in the country. Ashok said that a proposal was submitted to the Defence Ministry to declare Tirumala as no-fly zone. He reiterated that the party is making efforts to secure special status to AP.
