"I Won't Ask for Votes If Everyone Is Doing Well": Chandrababu at Kowthalam Meeting

TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu attended a public meeting held in Kowthalam, Mantralayam constituency of Kurnool district. During his speech, he stated that his party has adhered to social justice in ticket distribution. Despite lacking wealth, the party provided the MP ticket for Kurnool to Nagaraju, a regular MPTC member from the Kuruba social group.

On the other hand, he announced that Raghavendra Reddy was selected as the MLA candidate locally. Chandrababu confidently claimed that his party would win the Kurnool parliamentary seat along with the seven assembly constituencies within its limits.

"Even though you have Tungabhadra right next to you, do you have water to drink? Have you received irrigation water? Is the Gururaghavendra lift irrigation working? However, the local MLA has become a significant leader in the Tungabhadra sand. Is there a sand mafia, yes or no? Has Bala Nagireddy done even a single good deed, like building a road or providing clean water to even one village, or offering jobs to anyone? These oppressors who suck the blood of the poor are Bala Nagireddy, Saiprathap Reddy, and the MLA of Pattikonda!"

He predicted that only the coalition candidates would win the upcoming elections. "Development in Mantralayam will only resume if the coalition comes to power. The current Chief Minister is a psycho. Everyone who trusted this psycho is drowning. I won't ask for votes if everyone is doing well... Are you all doing well? Shouldn't any government in power bring at least some change in people's lives? Has there been any change?

They won in 52 seats in Rayalaseema... He deceived during the foot march, lied, placed his hand on your heads, pinched your cheeks, kissed you... You all turned into ice. The public has a heart as soft as butter... and he is a hardened terrorist. My people have fallen victim to his antics... that's my sorrow!"

Does he understand the value of water? Farmers know the value of water, I know the value of water... Water changes lives. Wherever there is water for crops and drinking, people live with happiness. Even in this era of technology, it breaks my heart to see no water here."

"You have supported me for 40 years. My life's ambition is one. To see a society without poverty in Andhra Pradesh... For that, I will work hard. I will create wealth, increase income, and distribute that income to you... Not just giving fish, but teaching you how to fish, turning those girls into millionaires."

"On this occasion, I am promising... As part of the powerful initiative, I am offering four programs for girls. Each girl will receive Rs. 1500 per month... Rs. 18,000 per year, and Rs. 90,000 over five years. Under 'Talliki Vandanam,' for each child's education, as many children as there are, I will deposit Rs. 15,000 per child into accounts. I will provide three gas cylinders per year for free. Women will have free travel facilities in RTC buses."

"Not just these four... I am also promising to the DWACRA groups... Interest-free loans of Rs. 10 lakhs," Chandrababu explained.
